Very cool nose with iodine, rock, light flowers and some herbs in the background. Clear and delicately juicy, firm body with fine structure and backbone, some fine yeast with fresh pear, green apple, herbs and flowers, lively fresh with pull, highly complex minerality on the palate with rock and some saltiness, light extract sweetness, good balance, light astringency, deep and complex with lots of herbal minerality, light saltiness and pome fruit in the finish.
