Very cool nose with iodine, rocks, bright flowers and some herbs in the background. Clear and delicately juicy, firm body with fine structure and backbone, some fine yeast with fresh pear, green apple, herbs and flowers, lively, fresh with draw, highly complex minerality on the palate with rock and some saltiness, slight extract sweetness, good balance, slight astringency, deep and complex with lots of herbal minerality, slight saltiness and pome fruit in the finish.
