Firm, tart, increasingly juicy, more citrusy fruit, vegetal, slightly yeasty and clear mineral notes, lively acidity, good substance, persistence, has bite, good depth, tart, light nutty notes in the background, fine oak nuances, quite complex, very good, solid finish.
