The white wine GRANTSCHEN BIG WOOD Riesling dry has a juicy fruit, lively acidity and a fine body. High Spätlese to Auslese quality and a 5-month aging in a large wooden barrel with coordinated integration of precise, selected fine yeast form the characteristics of this white wine. The grapes for the GRANTSCHEN BIG WOOD series are uncompromisingly high-quality, fully ripe, healthy and are traditionally fermented on the mash. To this series belong the quality wines Trollinger dry, Trollinger with Lemberger dry, Lemberger dry, Cuvée du Patron dry, Riesling dry and as German predicate wine the Lemberger Spätlese dry. The careful expansion in the cellar and a subsequent maturing period of up to nine months in a large oak barrel lend these wines their special, passionate character and their filigree beauty.
