Lemons to orange blossom and an elegant smoky reductive

Grade. The palate is extraordinarily complex

Layers compacted, like the diabase slate, in which the old,

unrooted vines grow. Ascetic, classy and demanding, without

even just a gram of fat. Downright dazzling in his

razor-sharp precision.
