Fine Riesling with particularly spicy fruit aromas in a beautiful
Harmony with a fine, crystal-clear fruit acid. The red sandstone
gives it its spicy, almost peppery aroma and characterful fruit.
Famous steep location in a small side valley of the Middle Nahe. The old name
Höllenpfad describes a special vineyard. “Hell” stands for that
steep slope and certainly also for the color of the red sandstone that is here
Mountain has such an extraordinary character. The landscape shines thanks to the red of the ground
in the evening sun often in a warm light. Maybe that's the name
“Hell” was also caused by the winegrowers because of the strenuous conditions
Work in the steep mountain. The weathered, warm sandstone of the Rotlegen
gives the wines their unmistakable character. The grapes are always
very small berries with thick skin and can therefore be harvested very late.
