Description

The Chardonnay is matured in large wooden barrels, where a portion of it undergoes a malolactic fermentation (MLA). This ensures a lovely creaminess. The nose captivates with wonderful notes of ripe yellow peach, full-fruited pear and juicy apple with floral notes. On the palate it has a fine melt and a great Chardonnay spiciness.
