Cool nose, rather reserved with herbs, hazelnut, and yellow fruit. Lively and fresh with some drive, lean with a firm structure, stone fruit, yellow plum, herbs, and yeast pastry, velvety extract sweetness, the minerality becomes saltier on the palate, long, fruity-fresh finish.
