Cool nose with fruity and slightly earthy-mineral notes of yellow plums, flowers and a little pepper. Clear and delicately juicy, firm body with grip, invigoratingly fresh, deep and rich in extract, rather dark aromas of stone and pome fruit, herbs and a little pepper, very direct and dry until the fruity-herbal finish.
