Firm and rather tart and juicy in the mouth, relatively cool, relatively light fruit, present acidity, some grip, light floral nuances on the palate, fresh plant-based to herbal notes, minerality in the background, has polish and a certain lightness despite all the substance, very good, cool, juicy finish that darkens with air with plenty of acid bite and light minerality.
