Our Blanc de Noir Trollinger white pressed is a fruity wine with fine aromas and a subtle acidity. The Trollinger as the "Swabian national drink" is not encountered here as a classic red Trollinger, but as a refreshing white-pressed variant. By quickly pressing the red Trollinger grapes, the healthy and ripe grapes were pressed and a light wine, a "Blanc de Noir", was created.
