Cool nose of figs, flowers (hyacinth or forsythia) and spicy pome fruit. Clear and delicately juicy; invigorating fresh; slim body with stable core; floral aromas of hyacinth, plus spicy apple, fig, lychee and some almonds; the sweetness is very present and persistent and confidently enters into discourse with the tart note of the blossoms and pomaceous peel; this Bacchus shines through harmony and sovereignty until the finale.
