Sauvitage CROSSWISE The Piwi variety Sauvitage completes the TRIEBWERK series.

The old vines in the FAHRLAY site are rooted in blue slate. This gives the wine a distinct slate characteristic with somewhat reductive notes of flint and a salty minerality.

Silver straw yellow. Open, delicate, cool fruity nose of apricots, yellow apples, firm yellow pears and pomelo. Embedded in delicately spicy yeast aromas.

Only hand-selected grapes are used for this wine. Exceptionally aromatic with expressive aromas of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and currants.

Mild with finely integrated acidity. Complex aromas of pear, quince and subtle pineapple.

Fruity and delicate with fine aromas of green apples and ripe peaches. Round with mild acidity.

Fruity with complex aromas of ripe apricots, hints of bananas and floral hints. Intense with delicate fruitiness and balanced acidity.

Spicy-floral nose with ripe pear with stem, warm spices, likeCardamom and allspice.

Clear, quite polished pome fruit scent with delicateherbal-vegetable, floral and nutty tones. Clear.

In the vineyards in the Pfeddersheim district, where the Romans enjoyed growing wine, the vines are rooted in heavy, loamy, water-retaining loess soil.

The Pinot Blanc from Dreissigacker is carefully brewedHarvested by hand and spends an hour on the mash.

Cool nose with pome fruit and herbal yeast notes, somewhat reserved.

In search of the perfect location for their new blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, the two Spreitzer brothers decided on a plot in the upper Doosberg.

Stony-salty nose. Clear and delicately juicy, Boskoop apple, slate note and saltiness, loud in its minerality, lively and fresh with draw, firm body with backbone, rich in extract.

Yellow exotic fruits and some lime on the nose. A wine characterized by fruit.

The dry Rheingau Riesling Secret Council "J" 2016 shows a beautifully intense and complex, finely subtle-mineral bouquet of ripe white and yellow fruits and broken rock.

Light straw yellow. Delicate scent of white peach, pomelo and autumn apple.

Location & Terroir Vineyard: The steepest vineyard location in the Rheingau takes its name from the castle ("Schloss") Ehrenfels, which was built around 1211.

straw yellow. Smells of passion fruit, mango and apricot. The fruity nose changes in the mouth to a lean, classy wine with a dry taste. The acid stretches out.

A Riesling characterized by exoticism. Very yellow fruity. Pineapple, mango but also some melon. A creamy sweetness on the palate.
