A beautiful Saint-Péray, very fine and fruity bouquet with notes of apple and pear with a light minerality. Very elegant on the palate and lots of freshness and minerality on the finish. The Saint-Peráy "Les Sauvagères" is named after the Marsanne grape variety, which grows in its wild state (sauvage) on steep limestone soils. A great introduction to the world of white wines from the northern Rhône Valley.
