Description

The grapes for the "simple" Pouilly-Fuissé come from all vineyards. In order to achieve the balance of fresh fruit, lively acidity and soft fullness, 50% of the grapes are fermented directly in barrels that have been used multiple times, and the remaining 50% are vinified in stainless steel tanks. Aromatic with a clear grape variety aroma.
