An elegant Chardonnay from the chalky slopes of the Solutré rock. The nose reveals aromas of candied fruit, lemon, and grapefruit, complemented by quince jelly and mirabelle plums. On the palate, ripe fruit blends with citrus freshness and a delicate minerality. Full-bodied and structured, yet lively on the finish. Vinification, with spontaneous fermentation, lees aging, and twelve months of barrel aging, imparts depth, richness, and a harmonious balance.
