Exciting cuvée made from the southern French white wine grape varieties Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Vermentino. The grapes ripen on high terraces and gravel slopes on clay-limestone soil, which have a relatively good water supply for the dry region. The cuvée is vinified in stainless steel tanks and matures on the fine lees for four months before the wine is bottled unfiltered. Fine aromas of yellow stone fruit and white flowers on the nose, a powerful palate with a combination of fine melting and well-balanced acidity, mineral and salty finish.
