The grapes for Las Vals come from a small plateau on the Montagne d'Alaric. Roussanne is partially aged in barriques and blended with wine from amphorae. Full-bodied, long, original, carried by a fine acid structure pleasant for the deep south. A wine that still shows its potential even after 5-6 years. An interesting crossover between classic and natural wine.
