Grenache Blanc and Roussanne grow in small, south-west sloping terraces between garrigue and gorse. Loam and a lush layer of lime characterize the soil. Vinified in partly new, partly used 400l wooden barrels, a small amount in stainless steel. Roussanne delivers flavors underpinned by a pleasant acidity that are reminiscent of fragrant spring blossoms, fine honey and apricots. Grenache ensures fullness, creaminess and elegance. The discreet use of wood adds complexity without drowning out the clear character of the wine. Limited to approx. 1,000 bottles.
