Poulily Fuissé Marie Antoinette is a tribute to the grandmother Marie-Antoinette Vincent. The grapes for this cuvée come mainly from family members outside Chateau Fuissé. The wine is aged partly in wood and partly in steel. On the nose there is a hint of oak, lots of finesse, mineral with white flowers, lemon and apple. Fresh, round and fruity on the palate - melon, kiwi, peaches and apricot with a nice mineral note. Balanced and fresh. Good length. Its minerality underlines the salty character of fish and seafood. It goes just as well with white meat or a mushroom risotto.
