An excellent summer wine with crisp salads, light fish dishes and wonderful with asparagus, but also likes to play its role as a soloist!

The grapes are destemmed, crushed and then gently pressed. The must is then cold fermented with pure yeasts to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes.

The vineyards are located in the heart of Gascony and cover 250 hectares of the Gers department. The climate is ideal for the development of intense aromas: due to the influence of the Atlantic Ocean in the west, which meets the Pyrenees to the south, there is plenty of sun and no water stress for the vines.
