The funny flying pig adorns a rather atypical white wine for the region, which benefits from the fact that the previous owners renewed much of the Caraguilhes vineyards. With Viognier, which comes from the northern Rhône, they planted a grape variety that was almost unknown in the Corbières. Aromatically, it helps the somewhat more speechless native variety, which contributes volume and elegance (Grenache Blanc). Every ingredient is allowed to do what it does best, and together a wonderfully harmonious, Mediterranean white wine is created, which combines the freshness of the fruit with strength and finesse.
