This Chassagne Village comes from 50-year-old vines and it is fat. But by no means flabby. With its richness of orange blossom and dusty minerality and good acidity that keeps everything suspended, this wine drinks (as is often the case with Borgeot wines) well beyond its name. It has a spiciness that is almost reminiscent of Muscat, but the structure speaks for Borgeot.
