finer and more mineral upper slopes and the edge of the village,

whose soils ensure complexity and concentration.

11 months aging in oak barrels.

Tasting : A light golden color. Very fresh aromas of

Orange peel, pear and hazelnut on a hint of vanilla.

Complex and well developed. Soft and dense texture. Straighter

and precise finish.

Serving recommendation: foie gras, grilled fish, white meat

as well as some types of cheese (Epoisses, Langres)
