This single-varietal Aligoté is rather reserved on the nose, then green notes of rocket and the scent of green apple come along. Due to the vinification in steel tanks, this is a very slim and fresh Burgundy with a light color, citrus scent and fresh acidity. Some lime zest on the palate and, thanks to BSA, despite the freshness, with the softness typical of Burgundy. Beautiful aromatic aftertaste.
