The term Federspiel comes from falconry and, according to the guidelines of the Vinea Wachau, describes medium-heavy wines with a (natural) alcohol content between 11.5 and 12.5%. A clear structure with finely chiseled acidity, minerality, a full range of aromas (juicy, red apple, citrus peel, vanilla, grated hazelnut) and creaminess characterize this Riesling from one of the best locations in the Wachau.
