Pinot Blanc has a long tradition in Austria and is almost as at home here as Grüner Veltliner, even if it is not as important in terms of quantity. The Geyerhof farm study series is all about winemaking with minimal intervention and consistently sustainable practices. A structured and crisp Pinot Blanc is created on the basis of traditional techniques. The wine matures for around 20 months on the full yeast in stainless steel and is then bottled unfiltered. Fine aromas of pear and apple on the nose, and on the palate the wine delights with an elegant fruity melt and juicy freshness.
