Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Very multi-faceted bouquet of ripe yellow tropical fruit, some elderberry syrup, passion fruit and fresh figs. Juicy, firm, very light-footed with well-integrated sweetness. Very lively and slim-looking Beerenauslese with fine lime zest and a grapey nutmeg note on the finish as well as a salty aftertaste.
