Bin 311 Chardonnay reflects the philosophy of many winemakers to go where the grapes thrive best and suit their own style. Since 2017, Bin 311 has been made from grapes from many regions, rather than just one. The cool climate in the vineyards of Tasmania, Tumbarumba, Henty, and Adelaide Hills produces wonderful Chardonnay wines. The style of Bin 311 is similar to that of Yattarna, with aromas of lemon and lime and a mineral acid backbone. Fermentation takes place in barrels, and aging takes place in new and used oak barrels.
