As the name suggests, only the best grapes are processed during a selection, the grapes ripen longer on the vine than usual in order to achieve a particularly high must weight. This only works in exceptional vintages when the weather plays along in the final phase of the harvest. Intense, fruity bouquet of yellow fruits such as apricot and peach, a terrific wine with impressive intensity and clarity. The noble sweetness and the vitality of the acid help the wine to have a long shelf life. Ideally suited as a dessert wine, with rich cheese or festive occasions. A real gem!
