The grapes of our Heilbronn Staufenberg Riesling sparkling wine brut were read by hand and processed into a noble base wine. Through an elaborate, nine-month bottle fermentation, this sparkling and feinmoussierende Riesling sparkling wine brut. The champagne is very well suited as a companion to a festive atmosphere, to a fruity sorbet or as a greeting to good friends.
