The Pinot Blanc vines grow on calcareous marl soils in the Ollwiller vineyard. After gentle pressing, the base wine undergoes controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The sparkling wine is then produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, followed by at least twelve months of bottle aging before the Crémant is disgorged and ready to drink.
