Very cool, animating nose of fresh apple, some salty air, dry herbs and some grapefruit. Clear and delicately juicy; stable perlage; lively and refreshing; solid body, precise, direct and dynamic; lots of pome fruit on the palate, small salty block, citrus fruit, raisins, slightly tart and herbs; has tension and seems very dry, only in the finale does some extract sweetness come through.
