A white-pressed Pinot Noir from 40-year-old vines from the Roxheimer Höllenpfad in Mühlenberg, a VDP. Great location. Harvested by hand and aged in 60-year-old barrels, followed by classic bottle fermentation – Mêthode Champenoise. It is then stored in the winery cellar and, after a yeast storage period of at least 50 months, hand shaken and disgorged.

A perfect aperitif and a great accompaniment to various dishes.
