A white Pinot Noir made from 40-year-old vines from the Roxheimer Höllenpfad in Mühlenberg, a VDP. Great location. Harvested by hand and matured in a 60-year-old barrel, followed by classic bottle fermentation - Mêthode Champenoise. It is then stored in the winery cellar and, after a yeast storage period of at least 50 months, hand-riddled and disgorged. A perfect aperitif and great accompaniment to various dishes.
