The Crémant from the Pix winery is a cuvée of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and a small masterpiece. Fine pear aroma, flowery, with a nice creamy mousseux. Is only produced in very small numbers and is therefore often sold out. Certainly one of our best sparkling wines from Germany.
