The Chardonnay grape variety is an important ingredient in the production of Champagne cuvées. The reason for this is its yellow fruity aromas, which, in conjunction with longer yeast storage, develop into a wonderfully soft, creamy aroma and depth. The Chardonnay Sparkling Wine Brut from Karl Pfaffmann also enchants with aromas of mirabelle plum, apricot, papaya, herbal spices and even mango combined with a fine brioche note. Its low residual sugar content and its fine bubbles give it a lightness that makes it irresistible, on its own or as an accompaniment to food.
