Dreissigacker's Chardonnay Brut Nature comes from organically managed vineyards. The grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvesting to preserve the crisp acidity and fresh minerality. After 9 months of storage in tonneau wooden barrels on the full yeast, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, during which the Chardonnay rests on the full yeast for a further 18 months. This sparkling wine impresses with its fresh acidity, fine perlage and complex variety of aromas. A refreshing treat for festive occasions and as an aperitif.
