The Pinot Noir grapes for this elegant sparkling wine come from the chalky soils of Kallstadt. Spontaneously fermented and matured as a base wine without sulphur in tonneaux and stainless steel, it was allowed to rest on the yeast in the bottle for 36 months. Disgorged without dosage and without sulphur, it is dry and eloquent. A real pleasure thanks to its aromatic intensity and taut minerality. Notes of brioche and delicate fruitiness paired with a gentle perlage.
