The first vintage of Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a

Vintage sparkling wine with traditional bottle fermentation. The vines grow on red and

yellow sandstone. The grapes were harvested by hand and in 2,500 liter double batches

spontaneously fermented. Bottle fermentation and yeast storage took place over 24 months

the sparkling wine was disgorged without dosage.

After pouring, the sparkling wine becomes a foamy mousse

fine within seconds. On the palate it offers a creamy texture and shows

with polished acidity and chalky minerality. It offers all of this

Basis for a juicy yet firm white-fleshed and citrus fruit,

some ginger, white pepper and puff pastry. It is an intense and

Pleasantly punchy Blanc de Blancs.
