The vineyards on Lake Constance are among the highest locations in Germany. This ensures a lot of freshness and a stable acid structure. The white wines are therefore ideal for aging as sparkling wine. The Müller-Thurgau obviously feels at home in its homeland. Here it develops beautiful fruit aromas of pears and fresh apples (also growing in its vicinity), spiced with a hint of nutmeg. Acidity and fruit also harmonize on the palate.
