In 2008, Natureo was one of the first non-alcoholic quality wines from Spain, and it remains one of the best in its class. It owes its winey character to a complex production process. Natureo is prepared in the classic way as a wine and is only "dealcoholized" shortly before bottling. With a residual alcohol content of 0.0 to 0.5% vol., it is considered non-alcoholic. For Natureo Rosado, the grapes are first mashed for 24 hours, then fermented in a cool stainless steel tank and the alcohol is then very carefully removed from the wine using the spinning cone column process. Only the alcohol! Its fragrant aromas are 100% preserved. Cherries, strawberries, raspberries and slightly grassy notes on the nose. Fresh and harmonious on the palate with the sweet, ripe fruit of the bouquet and a feather-light 0.0% vol.
