A vibrant nightlife hotspot and a place close to the heart. El Born is the big, colorful, inspiring Barcelona in miniature. Urban, Mediterranean, and lively, just like Born Rosé Barcelona. Since 2019, Jana Robles and her rosé aficionados have been producing the elegant Born Rosés: 100% Mediterranean, 100% organic, a must-try in summer and every other day of the year. The fragrant Born Rosé blends the classic Mediterranean grape Garnacha with smaller amounts of Tempranillo. Fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the grapes develop their pure, expressive aromas of grapefruit, oranges, and exotic fruits (passion fruit, mango), beautifully balanced with a touch of fruity sweetness, floral hints of magnolia and orange blossom, a hint of anise, and a delicate menthol freshness.
