A sensational rosé made from 100 percent of the Barolo grape variety Nebbiolo. As simple as it sounds, that was exactly the idea behind this wine. It should be wonderfully fresh and crisp, with backbone and character, playful and yet drinkable. Marco Parusso has once again turned his dreams into reality. A rosé of this kind, made entirely from Nebbiolo, has never existed before. The Nebbiolo grapes come from Barolo vineyards in Moforte d'Alba. Color: bright pink with a subtle hint of salmon. Aroma: finest fruit notes, reminiscent of strawberries. Taste: fresh, fruity, fine acidity.
