Made from Blaufränkisch, 50% fermented in stainless steel and in barrel barrels, the wine tastes more like a Burgundy. It has a lot of tension, a lot of material and yet is so incredibly drinkable. A rosé that is not just a “patio wine”, but a thoroughly serious wine that also makes a fantastic accompaniment to food. Especially for wine lovers who prefer it dry, the wine with 0.6g residual sugar is wonderfully light and elegant.
