The delicate, noble grape variety Pinot Noir does not generally forgive mistakes, especially when it comes to producing rosé wines. The Pinot Noir Rosé from Abril is a prime example of its kind: a great play of strawberries, pomegranate and a little cassis on the nose, and a lovely freshness on the palate with a depth that is not always found in rosé wines.
