Freshness and elegance - the Dreissigacker PNT & C. Rosé developed in Provence style. In order to give the rosé its delicate pastel color, the pressing process was deliberately gentle. This means that the dyes from the berry peels are only extracted to a small extent. The wine matured 100% in stainless steel. It was then stored on the full yeast for five months and then on the fine yeast until bottling. The aging in stainless steel barrels underlines the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape variety: The Dreissigacker PNT & C. Rosé combines freshness, spice and elegance. Storage on the lees gives it the necessary body and ensures harmony in the glass.
