The wine matured 100% in stainless steel. It then aged on the full lees for five months and then on the fine lees until bottling. Aging in stainless steel barrels emphasizes the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape variety: the Dreissigacker PNT & C. Rosé combines freshness, spice, and elegance. The ageing on the lees gives it the necessary body and ensures harmony in the glass.
