The wine matured 100% in stainless steel. It was then stored on the full yeast for five months and then on the fine yeast until bottling. The aging in stainless steel barrels underlines the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape variety: the Dreissigacker PNT & C. Rosé combines freshness, spice and elegance. The storage on the yeast gives it the necessary body and ensures harmony in the glass.
