After so many years of experience with Eole's wines, I can say: if we were only allowed to have one rosé in our range, it would be this one. Fresh, elegant scent of raspberries with a hint of spice. Full, creamy, very balanced on the palate with a long finish. From Grenache 60%, Cinsault 20%, the rest is shared by Syrah, Counoise and Carignan. In a class of its own!
