This rosé impresses with a fine, fragrant bouquet of sweet, ripe red berries and slightly herbal notes. Dry, fruity, elegant and fresh on the palate with a beautiful balance of lively acidity, delicate berry fruit and delicate herbal aromas. The grapes for the M de Minuty Rosé Cuvée are picked at optimal ripeness, destemmed in the winery, gently ground and shortened before pressing Mashed for a period of time (three to four hours) to extract the delicate pink color and fragrant grape aromas from the berry skins. After pressing, the musts rest for one night at a cool 15 °C so that all cloudy substances settle and the musts can be gently pre-clarified. The following day, fermentation starts at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve a maximum of the fruity freshness and lively acidity in the wine. For the same reason, the wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation and only rest for a short time in the tank at a cool 15 °C before they are lightly filtered and bottled.
